A very good location. Walking distance to How Kee noodle Restaurant (non halal), to Wau Restaurant n Tiny Elephant (cafe) Right opposite got a popular coffee shop. Crystal Lodge alws upgrade my single room to queen though I am solo. 😘. Afraid too much praise I might not get a room on my next visit due to fully booked.🤣

They very kindly upgraded me to a bigger room so thank you! I enjoyed my stay very much. The breakfast had a good selection, which varies from day to day. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The gym room needs a little TLC, but I managed to get a couple of workouts in nonetheless.

The location was nice in a quieter part of the town, right near the night market and square. There is bag storage if you arrive early. The staff were friendly and attentive, and we were upgraded from a superior to a junior suite which was really spacious. Breakfast area was on the rooftop, with great views, and there was a variety of buffet style food.

The location and their staff. Most of them ate willing to help with their generosity hospitality. They did gave us discount for breakfast fees. Thank you so much I appreciate it, may Allah blessed all of the hoteliers.

Really good hospitality. All staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.They are concerned with my grandmother's condition who is using a wheelchair.The food was good! Cormfortable room & good location.Definitely will come again ^_^.

It's located at the heart of KB and there's plenty of shop and restaurants that can be accessed within walking distance. The room and the bed are comfortable too.

The location is good & near to eateries & museums and heritage sites (walkable). Staff was friendly & accommodating when we wanted to change rooms to higher floor.

I love the location it was exactly in Front Of my old house which was already dismantled many years ago. Crystal Lodge is the one I love to stay. Breakfast can be improved
